Hi! I’m Doug.
I’m an editor, content strategist, and public servant working to improve the customer experience at North America’s largest transportation agency, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. I’ve also worked in publishing and journalism. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in History from Stony Brook University and a Master of Liberal Arts in Digital Media Design and a Graduate Certificate in Web Technologies from Harvard Extension School.
